The value per acre represents the net assessed value for FY 2017 of $12,656,535,470 and total acreage of 23,237.03. The target for this measure is an increase in the net assessed value per acre in FY 2016, and is intended to reflect the aim of the City to increase the overall economic vitality of the community and its status as a desirable location to live, work, and play. Therefore, the target for FY 2017 was established based on the Value per Acre in 2016 - $517,892. As such, the target for FY 2017 was to have a Value per Acre greater than $517,892, which the city surpassed by almost $27,000.
